Patient Service Rep./ Dental Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Patient representative/ dental assistant to be part of our dynamic dental team and ensure smooth, efficient operations in our office.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered.
- Understands the difference between in-network and an out-of-network insurance.
- Knows the keys that drive practice growth.
- Brings strong communication and organizational skills.
- Has experience in dental office administration.
- Be a familiar with Eaglesoft software.
- Understands how to support the doctor and the team to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and an exceptional patient experience.
- Managing scheduling, billing, and administrative systems.
- Coordinating with clinical staff and supporting cross-team communication.
- Monitoring compliance with dental office regulations and best practices.
- Supporting the Marketing & Scheduling team on patient communication and growth initiatives.
- Cooperating with the team to deliver world-class service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years dental office.
- Proven customer service background and team supervision experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
